Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Sneakers
Place the sneakers in their original brand box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
